Chefs Donna Prizgintas, Beth Miller, and Akasha Richmond prepared another delicious all-organic buffet feast for guests of this long-time Expo West tradition. Organic industry leaders attended to network over a meal of "Heartland cuisine," and heard a brief update on OFRF's work and direction. OFRF grantee and keynote speaker Dave Christensen gave an inspiring keynote address about his project, Seed We Need, which promotes corn improvement for people in marginal lands.
