Farm Soil Cyanotypes by Laura Parker
A set of unique and unusual art pieces, which incorporate soil from two
local organic farms, T & D Willey Farm and Phil Foster Ranch.
Cyanotypes are a type of "sunprint" ~ the final image appears only with
the aid of ultra-violet light or sunlight. The colors can range from pale
to deep blue tones and everything in between. Laura Parker, a nationally
and internationally exhibited studio and installation artist, is based in
San Francisco and works primarily with the metaphors of agriculture.

A Weekend at La Costa
When it opened its doors three decades ago, La Costa Resort & Spa
became a benchmark for luxury resorts, and it continues to set the
standard today. La Costa earned a rating of #1 Spa in the West by
Travel+Leisure in 2005 and was named the #2 Most Family Friendly
Resort in the U.S. by the Travel Channel in 2003. This Carlsbad,
California, resort's world-class accommodations are both lavish and
refined. The spa's acclaimed massage therapists and exotic array of
treatments indulge, invigorate and inspire guests, while the Chopra
Center's Ayurvedic therapies help align both body and spirit. With its
two tournament-caliber golf courses and its 17 courts featuring clay and
hard court surfaces, La Costa's international reputation as a golf and
tennis proving ground continues to grow with each new champion
crowned. The La Costa Resort and Spa is truly something you have to see
to believe.

“After the Rain” by Paul Buxman
One of California's most respected "open air" painters, Paul Buxman’s
work is derived from and depicts Central Valley farm life as he knows it.
Paul has shown, taught, and judged painting throughout California,
winning many state and national awards. Perhaps this beautiful signed
print will find a place in your heart and home.

Chef’s Tasting Menu for Six at Jardinière
Traci Des Jardins cooks from the heart, and hers is a heart full of
passion. While modest about her meteoric ascent in the restaurant world,
stints at some of America's and Europe's most highly esteemed kitchens
combined with natural talent have made her one of the most acclaimed
chefs in the United States today and recipient of the James Beard
Foundation’s “Rising Star Chef” award. Jardinière, opened in 1997 in
partnership with renowned designer Pat Kuleto, is a showcase for Des
Jardin’s highly refined and sensual food and Kuleto’s celebratory
design. Come and experience the best that Jardiniere has to offer as
Traci fashions a special meal for your intimate party of six.
