The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) administers the Organic Certification Cost Share Program and the Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP).

The National Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP) offfers annual financial support to help organic farmers with the cost of obtaining organic certification.

The Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program (NAP) provides financial assistance to producers of crops not eligible for coverage by RMA crop insurance to protect against natural disasters that result in lower yields, crop losses, or prevented planting.
