Dave Christensen discusses OFRF funded corn research at OFRF's 12th Annual"Meet & Greet" Organic Benefit Luncheon

Breeding hardy, nutritious native corn varieties is Dave Christensen's life’s work. With support from OFRF, he is collaborating with leading organic seed breeders to introduce natural resistance to a major pest, the European corn borer, into his Painted Mountain seed lines. His moving presentation at the Organic Farming Research Foundation's "Meet and Greet" Luncheon in Anaheim, CA on March 5, 2008 drew a standing ovation from those in the audience. Dave is introduced by Bob Scowcroft, OFRF's Executive Director.
